In the year 2001, I, Darren John Dwyer, did publicly, legally, legitimately and rightfully laid claim to
all territories previous known as International Waters, and named these waters the Kingdom of Oceanica...

Oceanica is an independant nation-state, previously known as International Waters.
Oceanica is the preserve of Darren John Dwyer, a.k.a. Jesus Christ II, a.k.a. Fred, reincarnated, the King.
Oceanica is also the preserve of various invited dignitaries and citizens of the Kingdom of Oceanica.

THE BACKGROUND

In the year 2001, I publicly and legally claimed all International Waters as my own,
as is my birthright as a global citizen of Planet Earth, the first person to ever do so.

AND, I did it all under the spotlight of the International Geopolitical Community, on the steps of the
Sydney Opera House, In Australia, while the Governments of Australia, USA, etc. were monitoring and recording me with their
elite espionage agencies... My claims are recorded and preserved for posterity...

As such :-

In the year 2007, I have publicily established the independant nation-state known as 'Oceanica',
or 'The Kingdom Of Oceanica' and it's territories include all waters previously known as 'international waters'.

THE RULES

Oceanica has only a few primary rules of conduct :-

(1) Travel through Oceanica is currently taxed at a rate of 10% of the value of goods and services transported.
(2) It is illegal to harvest fish in Oceanica.
(3) It is illegal to drill for oil in Oceanica.
(4) It is illegal to dump rubbish, including CO2, into Oceanica.
(5) At this time, It is illegal to become a citizen of Oceanica, except for myself, and those so invited.
(6) It is illegal to stay in Oceanica for more than (6) months of each year.

The penalty for ignoring these laws is imprisonment or death.

MY REQUEST

Oceanica has no income, no means of supporting an army or policing it's territories.

Oceanica is owed a considerable amount of money by the international community, who refuse
to acknowledge or ratify my public claims, 7 years later... even though they know everything
about me, and my plans... etc...

This is a request to independant nation-states, and other entities, worldwide.

I would like to form defense treaties with various independant nation-states or entities, globally.

Any independant nation-state or entity that would like to defend the rights and freedoms of Oceanica,
then please feel free to contact me with your proposals.

In return for a policing contingent, I am willing to trade pure advanced knowledge.

For those who help me, and ratify my claims in the international public arena,
i will share The Knowledge of how to live forever - the so-called 'Fountain Of Youth'.

All others will die.

A Warning to all who seek to escape the laws of humanity by living and residing in Oceanica.

Oceanica is an independant nation-state.

I am King of Oceanica.

To These People :-

You are currently trespassing on my personal property.

You have two choices :-

(1) Go back from whence you came
(2) Become a citizen of Oceanica, which requires you to donate all your assets and 100% of your
annual income to the Kingdom of Oceanica.

Thats it.
There are your choices.

Make your decision.
Or I will enforce my rights.
