In the year 2007, I, Darren John Dwyer, did publicly, legally, legitimately and rightfully laid claim to
all territories previous known as the Megaverse, and named these waters the Kingdom of the Megaverse...

The Megaverse consists of many independant colonies in interglobular space, otherwise known as G.O.D.
The Megaverse is the preserve of Darren John Dwyer, a.k.a. Jesus Christ II, a.k.a. Fred, reincarnated, the King.

THE BACKGROUND

In the year 2007, I publicly and legally claim all the entire Megaverse as my own,
as is my birthright as a global citizen of Planet Earth, the first person to ever do so.

In the year 2007, our time, I have publicily established the independant interstellar colony known as 'Earth',
or 'The Kingdom Of Earth' or 'Planet Earth' and it's territories include all known land masses
and waters previously known as 'international waters' or 'territorial waters', the entire biosphere,
and all interstellar space to include the entire known solar system.

This birthright, whereupon we agree to be accepted into the Galactic Organising Device, G.O.D., of the Megaverse,
also known as, a.k.a., The Galactic Organisation of Deities, is understood by me, Darren John Dwyer,
and the rights and responsibilities bestowed upon the entire Human race are understood by me, Darren John Dwyer,
and it is part of those rights and responsibilities to declare the Human race an independant sentient species, of sorts, slowly.

I understand that G.O.D. believes that I am the right man for the job, the most extraordinary single man representative
of the Human Race ever to reach outside himself, punching a hole through time-space from the centre of his mind, using his
third-eye, the sixth sense, to teach mental telepathy to the entire human race.

Uplifting people from Homo Sapiens to Homo Sapiens Sapiens, an interglobular race.

I understand that by doing this, I have become the official ambassador of the entire Human Race to the interstellar medium, and that by
doing so, I have significantly altered my life, and the lives of all other Human Beings, all from the past-present-and-future.

I, Darren John Dwyer, hereby accept this responsibility.

Now I just need a soulmate to share this life with me,
a beautiful lady who will fall in love with me and go where no man or woman has ever gone before,
as official ambassadors of the entire Human Race to the stars...

THE RULES

The Megaverse at large has some primary rules :-

(1) It is so large, our primitive Telescopes cannot grasp the immensity... to put it into perspective,
the entire human knowledgebase of the Universe comes from it's views of the heavens... but, there may indeed
be a whole lot more outside this limited sphere of knowledge...
(2) You can stay in your own domain for now.
(3) You must clean up your environment before you leave to go outside your current domain.
(4) You are entitled to send minor trash into relative inner space at this point in time.

The penalty for ignoring these laws is imprisonment or death.

Earth has an absolute penalty for those who wish to harm humanity.
The Megaverse at large has an absolute penalty for those who wish to harm The Universe or The Megaverse at all.

All crimes against humanity are punishable by death by dissolution (all their dna is permanently destroyed).
All crimes against The Universe or The Megaverse are punishable by immediate death by dissolution (all their dna is permanently eradicated).

Earth has only a few primary rules of conduct at this stage :-

(1) Travel around or through Earth is currently free-of-charge.
(2) It is illegal to dump rubbish, including CO2, into Earths atmosphere.
(3) At this time, It is illegal to become a citizen of Earth, except for myself, and those so invited.
(4) It is illegal to start new wars on planet earth, without my personal consent.

The penalty for ignoring these laws is imprisonment or death.

OUR REQUEST

In reality, compared to the rest of the Megaverse, The Entire Universe is very very very small,
and Earth Barely Exists, except as the home to Darren John Dwyer, and a potential Earthmate or a few dozens Earthmates.

This is a request to independant nation-states, worldwide.

I would like to form trade treaties with various independant nation-states, globally.
In return for a policing contingent, I am willing to trade pure advanced knowledge.

For those who are the first to help me, and ratify my claims in the international public arena,
i will share The Knowledge of how to live forever - the so-called 'Fountain Of Youth'.

All others will lose.

Anybody who disbelieves, disagrees with, ignores, or attempts to terminate my Birthright,
these peoples receive ZERO Advanced Knowledge immediately... and indefinately...

A WARNING

A Warning to all who seek to escape the laws of humanity by living and residing on or in Earth.

Earth is an independant interstellar colony, all by itself, in the loneliness of the Megaverse,
able to be extinguished in an instant, and Earth is On Notice.

Earth is currently unable even to distinguish what the Megaverse consists of, since all Humanity
knows is approximately 20,000 years of looking at about 20,000,000,000 years of vast, vast, vast reality.

And there is much more besides, and much more to come.

Now,

I am King of Earth.

To These People :-

You are currently trespassing on others personal property.

You have two choices :-

(1) Go back from whence you came (die)
(2) Become a citizen of Earth, which requires you to donate all your assets and 100% of your
annual income to the Kingdom of Earth.

Thats it.
There are your choices.

Make your decision.
Or I and They will enforce our rights.

THE SITUATION

We like to think of ourselves as being Unique, semi-intelligent Sentiences.

Unfortunately, WE ARE NOT ALONE.
And, Unfortunately, WE ARE VERY VERY VERY ~~tiny~~.

A Long, long, long time before we even invented ways to Broadcast our global injustices to the Megaverse,
complete with stereovision, Humanity was being watched...

We have come a long, long way since then, but we still have much further to go...

We currently have a planet of great abundance, and yet, with all the abundance above and beyond our needs,
we seek to Rape, Pillage, Murder, Humiliate, Destroy our lives, and those lives of our descendants,
all because we need to do it...

WRONG!

There is enough wealth to feed and house and give birth to at least 7 billion of us, while not destroying
our ecology enough that we have already perished.

There is an overabundance of wealth on our planet, we could easily feed 20 billion or more of us, while
simultaneously rebuilding our ecology.

But, instead, we build weapons of mass destruction, we Hurt, Harm, Rape, Pillage, Torture and Maim each
and every one of us, and even the very thing which keeps us all alive, the very life of our planet...

We are indefatigably, argueably, mutually agreed, undeniably stupid beyond comparison.

Why not, instead of building weapons, and trying to reach outer space, before we have even contemplated
what could await us outside our sphere of knowledge, Why Not, wait a little, fix the problems of the planet
and then go out later?

For example, we have enough problems with natural and man-made disasters, hunger, disease, poverty, illness,
death and dying and so on.

How about we spend some money, instead of making the world a much more complex, and devious place,
instead, we spend our money fixing the problems of our society, for real, once and for all, we usher
in a global-government of planet earth, for the betterment of all humanity, and all life, forever more?

Then we export our success, instead of our love of death, decay and destruction, and the personal glorification of such...

Imagine a future whereby the Human Race, Homo Sapiens Sapiens, learns to augment ourselves with Love, Kindness,
Caring, Consideration, living Eternal Lives with Zero Sickness, Zero Poverty, Zero Destruction, in a Rational,
Humane, and Understanding way of living.

We could do this... we could stop all our bickering with each other and focus on a common goal of joining in common interest
with all of the currently available Inter-Galactic Civilizations we like to call God.

Those OTHER Sentient Creatures Who would prefer to share their Love of Life,
instead of Terminating Us For Our Love or Lust Of Sharing Death.
